Basics and cosmetic:
Age? 18
Date of Birth? June 21, 1996
Hair Color? Dark red
Skin color/nationality? Very fair/ 75% French, 25% Portuguese
Accent? Just a bit of a French accent but her English is spoken very well. After moving back to America her accent was a bit more noticeable, though.
Height? 5’ 3”
Weight? 110 lbs
Tattoos? None; but she wouldn’t mind getting something small in the future
Piercings? Just two; one in both of her earlobes
Birthmarks? None!
Disfigurements? None! Unless her really bad teeth counts. Of course, those got taken care of and her smile is bright and confident.
Scars? Just a few on her right shoulder from an accident when she was younger.
Do they have any nicknames? Where did they come from? Liz (from TBA characters), Little Canary (from Mr. Tidmen)
Day 2:
How do they usually dress? What do they wear to sleep? Do they wear jewelry?
- Lizzie loves to wear sweaters or even flannel jackets with the sleeves rolled up. Although she doesn't mind wearing skirts or dresses, she would prefer skinny jeans or shorts. While she does like v necks, she also really loves flowy blouses and crop tops.
- For sleepwear, she likes using oversized sweaters or t-shirts that belonged to her father.
- Aside from wearing studded earrings, she also likes to wear a few bracelets on her left wrist and also a silver locket with a picture of her parents in it that she got from Juni.
Is there anything about their appearance they wish they could change?
- The only time Lizzie ever wanted to change something was when she had her wires and her braces. But if she did have to choose a few things now it would probably to have her collarbones and hip bones show less. Although she is a healthy weight for her size, she does wish to be a little more curvy since she feels like she's a bit lanky.
How would they look as the opposite sex?
- I picture male Lizzie as kinda dorky looking actually. Just a bit taller than her around 5'8" and still lanky but with a good amount of muscle mass. He would likely look very hipster esque but wear fake nerd glasses.
What do they smell like? Why (do they wear the scent or does it occur naturally)?
- Lizzie usually smells like vanilla or roses. Because roses grow in their yard, Juni would bring in freshly cut roses and just put them all over the house. So being around so many sweet smelling roses, she usually would end up smelling like them. Vanilla is because she just really likes the sweet but subtle smell of it!
Do they have an accurate mental picture of their appearance (how they see themselves versus how the world sees them)?
- Lizzie likes to see herself as a dedicated person who likes to help others especially if they're her friends. Most people tend to see Lizzie as popular in the sequel but she herself doesn't feel that she is or the desire to be. I won't say more because more will be revealed in the sequel!
- For all of the characters I am choosing the 60s era or the time that the movie Grease takes place. Lizzie would not be Sandra Dee but she wouldn't be a Pink Lady either. She would be a cheerleader who doesn't really want to be but instead has a wanting to be a Pink Lady. If she is her same helpful self she'll be that girl who sees some kids books being knocked out of their hands and onto the floor and stay back to pick them up.
Favorites and habits:
What are some of your character’s favorite hobbies? What do they do with their time?
- Obviously, Lizzie adores playing the guitar and listening to music. During her free time she likes to write songs and after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays she goes to band practice at Duncan's house. Another thing she does when she gets the feeling to do it will be revealed later on in the sequel.
- Lizzie doesn't have a favorite color per say, but she would choose colors over neutrals and pastels over neons.
- Although its hard for her to choose, her favorite music artist will always be Avril Lavigne. Her favorite movies are mostly musicals-- with a good amount of action movies as well --but her favorite is probably Moulin Rouge. As for TV she usually doesn't mind watching whatever is on but let's just say if she misses an episode of Friends she'll be devastated. Lizzie actually doesn't love to read but sometimes she does decide to borrow something from the library. Its not because she doesn't like reading but more because she doesn't have time since she's usually playing music or writing songs. So since she doesn't read all too much she doesn't have a favorite author or book series. As for a favorite actor (and actress I assume), she really likes Logan Lerman and Jennifer Lawrence.
- This is something I actually haven't thought about, since in Found they are only in middle school. I've never sat down and thought "Oh wow she's totally part of the ______ party!" So I am just going to go with she doesn't really care.
- Lizzie hates it when people smoke in a public place or inside of a building due to her father being a smoker and because she just can't stand the smell of smoke. She also hates it when people put gum where they don't belong (on the ground, under tables, etc.) instead of in the trash can. I wouldn't call it a pet peeve but she isn't very fond of people messing up her hair like ruffling it especially if she worked hard on it.
- Gifts that mean something between her and the other person. Like a memento of a place they visited together or to remember something they did. But generally speaking she really likes stationary sets or cute pens and pencils.
- Her favorite time of the day is when she gets to be with Duncan or Marina or both of them. Oh, and she isn't much of a morning person.
- Not too sunny with a nice breeze. She doesn't enjoy rain much because if her clothes get wet she gets cold really easily. Her favorite season is Autumn because its the perfect temperature she can use sweaters without getting too hot or having to bundle up and the changing of the leaves are beautiful to her.
- Duncan's house, Marina's house, The Riff, sometimes Tia's house, and another place that will be revealed in the sequel!
- Her favorite food would have to be this Portuguese dish called Vina Dosh. Although she doesn't eat it a lot because of the strong smell of vinegar that lingers in the house. Her favorite drink is a cappuccino hot or cold its always yummy. Over all I'd say she prefers hot drinks but mostly in the mornings or during the Autumn/Winter season.
- Lizzie's favorite animal is a hamster ever since she got to play with Marina's. Yeah, not the most exciting favorite animal, but she’d never watched one or played with one before, so she instantly fell in love with the tiny rodents. She doesn’t have any pets, but she wouldn’t mind getting a cat. When in France she’d feed a lot of stray cats that roamed around the house and she’d like the sound of their meows and how they were able to recognize her.
- Listening to music, playing the guitar, taking a hot shower, and eating ice cream with a generous amount of hot fudge, caramel, and whipped cream.
- Lizzie has a really terrible habit of unconsciously yet consciously doing things that are to her benefit. When I say this, I mean… Well, think of what she does in Found when she begins to spend more time with the in crowd than she does with Marina and Duncan. She herself knows that she loves the duo much more than the group she get’s in with, yet she tries to stay with the group and gain their trust and approval. It’s not that she was particularly disliked with her wires on, but people would tease her and that gave her the impression that they didn’t want to be her friend. So when Tia so kindly invites her to join them at recess, a small part of her brain says to go for it since it’s something that she never experienced before then. In short, in her heart she doesn’t see this behavior unless something happens and she realizes “Wow, what am I doing? Why am I doing this?”
- Sadly, despite figuring this out after the fact, she always manages to fall into it. Sorry, not the typical bad habit like biting her nails (which she doesn’t do. The taste of nail polish isn’t the greatest yeah?) but this is the biggest and worst thing that I see as a bad habit.
- TL;DR- She’s very ignorant to selfish things she may do.
